1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a seller on ChatVendly, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for ensuring product listings are accurate, legal, and not misleading. You must own or have the right to sell all listed products. Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, illegal substances, and any products banned under Indian law.

3. Payments

ChatVendly facilitates payment collection via Instamojo. Funds are settled directly to your registered UPI/bank account. We do not hold seller funds. A platform subscription fee of ₹299/month applies after the 7-day free trial.

4. Platform Use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for spam or fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in violation of these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform technology, design, and branding belongs to ChatVendly. Your product data remains your property.

6. Limitation of Liability

ChatVendly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding month.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
