Terms of Service

ChatVendly is a SaaS platform that enables sellers to sell products via WhatsApp using an AI-powered chat assistant. Sellers register, list products, and share a QR code. Customers scan the QR code to browse and purchase via WhatsApp.

• Sellers must register with a valid Google account and provide accurate business information.
• Each seller account is personal and may not be transferred or shared.
• Sellers are responsible for all product content, descriptions, and pricing listed on the platform.
• Sellers must comply with all applicable laws including consumer protection and tax regulations.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• ChatVendly offers a free trial period. After the trial, a subscription is required to continue.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
• Failure to pay will result in suspension of the seller account.

• Sellers must comply with WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy.
• Sellers may not use the platform to send unsolicited messages.
• All customer interactions must be initiated by the customer via QR scan opt-in.
• Prohibited products as defined by WhatsApp Commerce Policy may not be sold.

Sellers may not list or sell illegal goods, counterfeit products, alcohol, tobacco, adult content, weapons, hazardous materials, or any product prohibited under WhatsApp Commerce Policy.

ChatVendly and its logo are trademarks of ChatVendly. Sellers retain ownership of their product content. By listing on the platform, sellers grant ChatVendly a license to display their content to facilitate sales.

ChatVendly is a technology platform and is not a party to transactions between sellers and customers. We are not liable for disputes, product quality issues, delivery failures, or payment disputes. Our liability is limited to the subscription amount paid in the preceding month.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, seller data will be retained for 30 days before deletion. Sellers may export their data during this period.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered sellers of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
