Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your ChatVendly seller subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing it.zivolt@gmail.com. There is no cancellation fee.

Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your account and storefront remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that date, your dashboard, WhatsApp integration, and public storefront will be deactivated. Your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

Reactivation

You can reactivate your account at any time by making a new subscription payment (₹299). Your products, orders, and history will be restored if reactivated within the 30-day data retention window.

During the Free Trial

Cancelling during the 7-day free trial immediately deactivates your account. No charge is made. You may re-register at any time.

Orders in Progress

Cancelling your subscription does not cancel any pending customer orders. You remain responsible for fulfilling all orders placed before the cancellation date.

How to Cancel

To cancel: (1) Log in to your seller dashboard, (2) Go to Account Settings → Subscription, (3) Click 'Cancel Subscription'. Alternatively email it.zivolt@gmail.com with subject 'Cancel Subscription' from your registered email address.
