Refund Policy

Overview

This policy applies to subscription payments made to ChatVendly by sellers. It does not govern refunds between sellers and their end customers — those are the seller's responsibility.

Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees (₹299/month) are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. If you cancel your subscription, your access continues until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

Free Trial

The 7-day free trial does not require a payment. No charge is made during the trial period. Cancellation during the trial incurs no cost.

Exceptions

We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the following cases: (a) duplicate charge due to a payment processing error; (b) charge made after a verified cancellation request. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge to it.zivolt@gmail.com.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
